LAURA FITZGERALD – ATTORNEY

Attorney Fitzgerald represents clients in business and real estate litigation matters.

Prior to joining Siden & Associates, Attorney Fitzgerald served as general counsel for a real estate development company, where she handled business and real estate litigation, as well as buyer and seller representation in commercial real estate transactions.  She also practiced at Marsh, Moriarty, Ontell & Golder, P.C., where she concentrated in real estate litigation matters, including contract disputes, condominiums, commercial and residential leasing disputes, closely held business disputes, adverse possession and boundary disputes, and the resolution of complex title issues.

Attorney Fitzgerald is a graduate of Boston College Law School, where she served on the editorial board of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest.  She received a bachelor’s degree from Boston College, magna cum laude.

Attorney Fitzgerald is admitted to practice in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  She had been admitted pro hac vice to the New Hampshire Superior Court.  She has also represented clients before various local boards and administrative agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
