Attorney Taverna Siden has extensive litigation experience. She represents clients in all facets of business litigation, including partnership and shareholder disputes, breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty and business torts.  Her practice includes representing clients in commercial and residential real estate disputes and advising clients on employment law and estate litigation matters.  

Prior to joining Siden & Associates, P.C., Attorney Taverna Siden practiced at Brown Rudnick, LLP and Demeo, LLP.

Ms. Taverna Siden graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. She was executive editor of the Transnational Law Review. After law school, Ms. Taverna Siden clerked for the Supreme Judicial Court of Maine. She earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Boston College.  As an undergraduate, she participated in the Associate Student Program at Oxford University.

Attorney Taverna Siden is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, and U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit. She has also represented clients with matters before the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Delaware Court of Chancery.
